Using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) methods, you will begin to understand your mindset when it comes to how you think about your diet and exercise plan and how you can make and implement changes to stop the self sabotage, banish the binge and get your mind in the place you need it to be at! This course also incorporates aspects of self compassion and self kindness to ensure the journey is a loving, fulfilling one.
